Procedure Code Button in treatment plan

When selecting a button for a preset procedure code, more than one code comes up. I have checked the set-up and it is only showing the one code that we chose to come up. Why is there 2 or more codes appearing in the treatment plan when we use the button?

I'll bet you also have an item from the AutoCode list highlighted in addition to the code in the list. Unhighlight the item in the second list.
