Error in Treatment Plan Update Fees Button

The update fees button is not working, sometimes? It is not updating and giving an error code, wanting to continue or quit. Version 5.3.5.

Update- The error occurs when there is no insurance plan!
So, when there is insurance, it works. I think it is referencing the fee schedule in the plan. If there isn't a plan, then error???
