New to Open Dental

I'm new to open dental. THANK YOU DR SPARKS!!!! We have been 'live OD' since 9/7/2010 and really happy!
My history is 10+years with Dentrix, 5 years with PBS and Medicalis before that. I have been paperless since 2004.
I'd appreciate any tips tricks and advice, especially with voice recognition for notes.
