Insurance Notes Cut Off

version 7.5.8
In the "Edit Insurance Plan" window, "Plan Note" on the bottom left is fine, but Subscriber Information Note (the one on the right) sometimes gets cut off for both existing patients as well as new patients. My staff reports about 40% incidence.
