Medical History

Thanks again for a wonderful software.

Is there a possibility to add in a patient's medical history some information regarding the treating medical doctor if a specific condition exists? For example if a patient is under regular recalls from a medical doctor and we would like to have his contact details included withing the patient's file for possible communication.

why not type it in the description box where the medical conditions are noted? condition is linked to the doctor+phone. done.
