Forum times off

My prefs are set for CST (UTC -6), but the times on the forum never reflect that.

It's 11:12 AM here now, but the time on the upper left hand side says its 6:59 AM.

Did I miss a setting somewhere?

I think the times have been wrong for years. We're too busy to mess with it, though.
