We received 2 payments this week, each from different patients that each wrote on the payment coupon (the torn off top half of the statement, that requested that the practice name be listed on the bottom of the statement as well as the top.

Each patient had the same reasoning........"this is our receipt, so it should show who it is from."

How can this be set up?

Hmm. That's a first. Good point though. We are moving quickly towards letting users customize their statements and other printouts. It would be able to handle situations such as this quickly. Until then, I can't think of a way other than to include it as a general note as part of the billing. Then, it would show at the very bottom.
