Our receptionist has used the Treatment finder report in the past to run a list of treatment that is not completed. It would list the patient and what treatment needed done. Site specific.

However recently when she runs it it is bringing up a report that lists patient name, $annualmax $amountuse $amtremaining $treatment plan (lists a total dollar amt) However it lists everyone that has any treatment plan whatsoever. This includes patients that are scheduled for recall. Is there a way of running a report that shows treatment planned but unscheduled treatments?

That report gets enhanced regularly. What version are you on?

7.3.12.0

You won't get the enhancements unless you are on a fairly recent version. It's probably time to upgrade to 11.0.
