Quads on SRP claims

I am getting some responses from Ins that they are getting duplicate claims for SRP when in fact we are sending in separate quadrants. I checked the printed claim and it does show the SRP, but maybe on the e-claim it is not sending in what quad? I didn't know how to check that. Using Claim Connect. Anyone else having this problem or are the insurance companies just not wanting to pay?
