Daily procedure report with tooth surfacce

Looking at the reports, the daily procedures report is missing the tooth surfaces. I have been looking through the queries but cannot find one that shows the daily procedures report plus tooth surfaces. Anyone know of one or something similar?

That's a financial report, so we assumed that surfaces didn't matter. Why do you need surfaces?

We use it as a final review of the day and make sure all the procedures and corresponding surfaces are correct before we send the electronics.
