Is there a way to remove the "Family Dental Insurance Benefits" box so that it doesn't print out on every treatment plan? I tried calling support about this, but they had no luck figuring it out either. Does anyone out there really take advantage of that box anyway? In my area, at least, there aren't too many plans that have family maximums--family deductibles, yes, but not family maximums. The individual benefits are all we care about.

Anyhow, I hate how that box takes up room on the treatment plan and often makes what would be a one page print-out turn into 2 pages. Any way to get rid of it? Thanks in advance!!
