Optimize Grant tables?

I updated my opendental software and I accidentally clicked the "cancel" button when it prompted me to optimize my tables....do I need to worry about this? I usually click ok to it.

You don't need to worry about this. If you want to worry about it however, you can go to Tools > Database Maintenance and click the Optimize button in the lower left. That will do the same thing.
