Hi everyone

I'm trying to use the QB integrator (OD v12), when trying to send deposits, i get the following error:

Invalid Amount Format, a deposit has not been created in QuickBooks, continue anyway?

I am using a 3 decimal currency,the base currency of my QuickBooks Company file is a 3 Decimal Currency (Multiple currencies enabled under EDIT-Preferences in QB),
my local regional settings is also set to a 3 deciaml currency.

Now, If i change my regional settings to 2 decimals after decimal instead of 3 and re-start OD, the deposit is created.

any ideas how overcome this?

As we investigated the matter further, we came to know that QB will not support amounts with 3 decimals! believe OR NOT! and therefore, it's more of a QB issue and not OD!

The best work around to overcome this is to ROUND the amounts before creating the deposit..let us know if you have another suggestion or if you have any other comments.

We started forcing the rounding to two decimal places for the QuickBooks bridge in v12.1.8. Updating to the latest stable version of Open Dental should stop this error from showing up from time to time.
