Changing format of dates in the payment report

Hello

I have a simple question: how can I change the format of dates in the payment report from MM/DD to DD/MM. I tried changing the regional settings of the computer but got no effects,

any ideas?

There is currently no way to change the date format of that report.

Is there a way to change the date format from mm/dd/yy to dd/mm/yy for Open Dental?

Changing it in the Clock, Language, and Region settings within Windows will change a vast majority of dates within Open Dental.
