Hi,

We haven't used the Dr Ceph program link in a while and it used to work fine with previous Open Dental versions. Now, if we try to access the program we get the error message 'Race must be entered first" and the program does not launch. This happens with patients who already have an account set up in the Dr Ceph program and patients who don't. What is that all about?

We haven't changed anything in that bridge, but we'll look into it.

Race is no longer a requirement for the bridge. The change has been made in versions 12.3.4 and 12.2.32 and later. This change was released yesterday. Upgrading will fix the issue.
