I just updated to 12.3.10 and am looking at importing data from a registration form. In setting up the sheet for a registration form, the insurance subscriber name input field only allows you to import the first name of the subscriber, not the last name. Am I missing something here? Shouldn't it import the first and last name? There is no option in the input field for ins1SubscriberNameFL, only ins1SubscriberNameF. Same for secondary insurance as well.

I agree too. Everytime we use the kiosk we need to manually go in and preload the form and add the last name.

Does this need to be put in as a feature request? I can't see any reason why you would only want the first name of the subscriber. We have many families where the subscriber has a different last name than their children on their plan.
