Before I go and buy one of these, will it run OD just fine? Will we be able to use stylus for the sig ok? Any help would be great.

It has Windows 7. Should work fine.

From our website: "Open Dental works very well on Windows Tablet PCs. The screen must have a resolution of at least 1024x768. Interaction will generally be with a stylus, and sometimes with an optional keyboard. See the Wireless section for ideas regarding security."

This tablet's resolution is higher than the minimum limit. You should have no issues.
