I am looking to write a report that includes the note field placed on employee's time card as in
Manage/Employee/View TimeCard but can't seem to find where the note field is stored.

It is not in the Clockevent or employee tables.

Can someone direct me to which table it is in.

It is in the clockevent table.

It is but it isn't.
Certain notes are recorded there but the adjustment notes are not.

Eg. Employee forgets to clock in for the afternoon. Reminds me at the end of the day.
I access her timecard and add a 4 hour positive adjustment with the note 'forgot to clock in after lunch'.

That's the note I can't find. The one attached to an adjustment.

Try 'timeadjust'.
