hello everyone, i'm new to open dental. I just installed it yesterday and got it activated few days ago.

A few questions, i was able to put for example xray and surgical extraction in the charting module then went to treatment plan module and set it as complete.

So now this patient has the denti-cal insurance. I imported the claim form from the open dental claim form section. How do i print this out on the denti-cal claim form? Thanks!

You can change the claim form from within a newly created claim. Look for a list at the top of the claim form, in the middle. (Second list from the top, I believe)

Actually, you would set the claim form for the insurance plan itself. Then the claims would automatically use that claim form.
