When you click on Make/Find Appt and the Appointment for Patient window opens, it shows the oldest appts rather than the newest appts. A Planned appt at the bottom of the list won't be visible without scrolling down to check if it is there. More often than not, the staff will just Create a New Appt not realizing that there is a Planned Appt at the bottom. Is there any way to force the window to open to the bottom of the list instead of the top?

Are you at a version higher than 12.2.33 or 12.3.5? I think there was a bug fix for this called "View Pat Appts window did not scroll to most recent appointments automatically."
Let us know your version if it's still misbehaving.
