When creating a group note using version 12.4.13 there is an empty line created in the text box for each procedure attached. I don't see any reason for this and when using autonote the text starts several lines down from the top requiring the user to delete these empty lines. I can't remember what version initially had this behavior but in the past it was not there.

I figured out the new feature that led to this behavior. If you are like me and have had a problem with this behavior, then turn off "procedure group note does aggregate" in the chart module setup.
It seems like a good feature if you need it and not really a bug.
