New Fluoride Codes

How do I get rid of the old codes in the field where you can chose what is going on in that appointment? It still has Adult Fluoride and Child Fluoride. I have set those codes as obsolete but the "quick buttons" are still there. Any thoughts?

Go to (Setup / Definitions / Appt Pros Quick Add) and change then there.
