Treatment Finder or Query?

Depending on the treatment plan, I will set priorities. If a patient refuses, I set the priority to "declined" or "wait until 2014". If the treatment is purely optional, like bleaching or veneers but they may want it in the future, I set is accordingly.
Now, I'd like to use the treatment finder but only show the priorities that I choose so as to not display items like the priorities mentioned above.
I see some queries that are close... such as #407 but this includes scheduled items and displays a new line for each treatment plan item, not just the patient.... we end up with a huge report!
Essentially is there a way to limit the treatment finder by priority?
