I HAVE PT WITH TWO RECORD BY MISTAKE OF MY SECRETARY. CAN I MERGUE THEM, BECAUSE IN BOTH I HAVE HISTORIES & TX.
WHAT CAN I DO?

Go to the main menu and open Tools/Misc Tools/Merge Patients. Select the patients' records and then merge them into one.
