Operations Manual for Insurance Check Entry

Does anyone have a manual to share that shows the steps on how to enter insurance payments into OD? EOB's can look very different from the companies and with new team members in my office it is creating some confusion. Participation in PPO's also makes the entries a bit more challenging as well.
