problem with claimconnect

does anyone have this problem with the clearinghouse claimconnect. some claims are sent as primary but are being rejected because claimconnect said it was sent as secondary. talked to their rep but was told it's a open dental problem. Don't think that's true because I haven't made any changes to open dental in the last 2 years while this problem only started happening last month.

You are submitting your claims using the old 4010 format.
Change your clearinghouse setup to use 5010 format, that'll fix your issue.
