Daily payments query

I've noticed that the queries for listing the daily payments made by patients and insurance companies do not take into account payments made that are not attached to a specific procedure. For example, a payment made by a patient for a broken appointment will not appear in the query results. Is there any query in the examples page that will show these payments along with the "procedure linked" payments?
