Procedure window & Prognosis

Haven't been happy since Prognosis was taken off the main Procedure window and put into a tab at the bottom of the window. Used to always set a prognosis for a restoration. Now rarely do it. Is there any way to at least make the Misc tab (where Prognosis is hidden) the first (default) tab of the three instead of Financial. Who needs or uses all that financial information in the procedure edit window anyway? The only box I occasionally click is the Do Not Bill to Ins.
