Storing Pharmacy name and phone number in patient info

Could anyone identify the correct place to store an individual patient pharmacy preference with name and telephone of the pharmacy. Not in the list section which lists all area pharmacies but rather in the patient info module??? Thank you

One option is to create a patient field definition with a pick list.

Why would you want to store pharmacy name and number in patient info?
My guess is for further tracking, like if they gave them the wrong medicine or incorrect dose?!
