New icon on Appointment view

Post by Toothdr97 »

We just noticed a little "EI" in the lower right hand corner of one of the appointments- what is this? I tried to look in the manual but came up with nothing. We are running 12.3.25
Thanks

I don't know what the E stands for but I bet the I is for HasIns. You want to look at your appointment view setup which will tell you what you set up to show in the lower right corner of appointments:

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

It is only on one appointment for next Wednesday. Don't see it on any other appointment :/

Your appointment view may lend some clues. Go to Setup>Appointment Views. Choose the view you are using. There is a box in the lower right hand corner that lists what fields show in the LR of appointments. Typically, this is the Assistant Abbreviation.
