Laptop or Tablet Kiosk

I have an all in one machine as my kiosk but we are getting busy and now often times I find people waiting on the kiosk so I want to add another. Problem is I don't have space. Has anyone tried Dells XPS 18" tablet computer or similar?

Dell XPS 18" works pretty good. I don't use it as a kiosk though, just mainly for the assistants to enter chart notes and to show patients pictures. Also have a surface pro that works, but on both, the tooth graphics are not as good. I do not have computers in the individual ops though.
