I have created a few recalls for codes like implants and root canals to do a followup visit. I just noticed that the recall is triggered when the code was entered as "existing other" treatment. Is there a way to make this only show up for treatment done? If not, I think the best option would be to make an automation popup that tells us to manually create that recall. Any other suggestions?

What version of Open Dental are you using? I am going to try and reproduce that now. I'm not sure if there is a deliberate reason why EO treatment triggers recall. Perhaps an engineer may be able to provide insight?
