Our office is going paperless. That is, all new patients are paperless but the old patients still have paper charts. We use a popup to inform us that a patient is paperless but it's getting old. Is there a way to add an icon to the individual appointments in the appointments module that would specify a paperless chart? Right now there is an "I" and the circle; could we add another say, black circle to specify paperless? What do other offices do?

You could add your own patient field def to keep track of their paperless status and then have it show up on the appointment by manipulating your appointment view(s):
