practice mojo or patient communicator

Anyone use both of these. We are wanting to try automated confirmations but we don't know enough to even know what to look for?

We had patient communicator.
Did not work for us.
Was not confirming in OD and it required you to log into their website to perform maintenance.
Too much work -- which is what it was supposed to reduce.
We found it easier to just call and confirm like we were doing before we got it.

We've been using Practice Mojo for about 2-3 years. Works great!
