update issues

i noticed some images were missing after a update, does anyone have a solution for this
I would need a few more details to really help you with this. I'm assuming you are talking about images in a patient's Image Module file.
Images aren't 'touched' as part of the update process. I think the images going missing does not have anything to do with the update.
Chances are, you have a local OpenDentImages directory on one of your workstations that was used instead of the network share. Start by checking the C: drive on each workstation for a folder named OpenDentImages.
