Does anyone have any problems with autoposting of procedures from the ERAs at dental Xchange into OD claim payments. we are having a lot of problems. Such as the pt portions get placed in deductable after import.
Or the check number has to be manually placed . What is so automated about this. We do thousands of claims per month if we have to go in and correct these each time i would rather not be automated.
Any other clearing house that works well with open dental?

You still have to manually put in the check number because an EOB sent by a payer does not prove they have paid. This is not automated.
