I am trying to figure out the Hygiene/Recall Analysis report, everything seems straight forward, but I can't figure out where the Patients Expected number comes from. When I look at Feb 2016 it has many more patients expected than I have scheduled in the appointment book and if I add on the patients from the recall list that have not been scheduled it has double the amount of patients. Where does this number come from?

Which specific report are you referring to? The report button inside the Recall List? Or something different?

I'm not familiar with such a report and there are no buttons at all under the monthly report list. What version of Open Dental are you using? Maybe you are using a plugin and need to ask them instead?

I am using version 14.2.25.0. I have scroll bars next to daily and monthly and I have scrolled down on both of them. Maybe Kapricorn systems (my IT company) added extra reports when they installed the hardware and software.

That's not an Open Dental report. It make be Kapricorn that added that.
