recall and confirmation postcards go into Comlog

With the latest update, we're seeing multiple entries in the commlog of confirmation and recall postcards.
Not sure how it's all happening, or why there should be 6 entries for one postcard.
Where is the setting for that?

Postcards should not be posting multiple commlogs. However, there was a similar bug with automated recall reminders that was creating duplicate commlogs. Maybe you are using that feature which is duplicating the commlog entries and you just need to update?
