When we first switched to opendental one of the things that confused my staff was that when choosing which procedures to complete on an appointment, "highlighted" procedures appeared grey, not highlighted. Lately, especially when we have been very busy, the staff still makes occasional errors, walking out procedures that have not been done, because they have not noticed that they were indeed highlighted.

Is there any way to switch the 'highlighted' color to, perhaps, green or something, so that it is more easily noticed? I know that this is not exactly a make or break request, but anything to reduce errors is appreciated.

If you haven't already, I would encourage you to submit a feature request. You can get there from Help | Request Features. I personally like your idea and think it would be a good feature to have (even though I am color-blind) but alas, we can't add features that people want if we don't know people want them! The feature request tool allows us to know exactly what you want and allows us to let you know if we can do it, how hard it is, and when it's completed (assuming it was able to be done). Since we have so many features on the feature request tool, features are typically demand based, so make sure you vote on your request too!

That will be a great feature!!!
