Scheduling outside the office

Wondering if there's a way for us to schedule patients while we're out of the office? Scenario: We're doing a vendor fair and would like the ability to accommodate patients and schedule them on the spot via an iPad. Can anybody provide some guidance here? Thanks!

We are actively working on that exact request. We have released the first edition of it and it is in early beta testing and it is called "Web Sched New Patient Scheduling".

3 months ago , we started using mopensoft plugin "Google Calendar Sync" at
http://www.mopensoft.com/others and the free online booking system
http://www.simplybook.me
- Mopensoft plugin will allow OD appointments to sync to Google Calendar
- Google Calendar will sync to simplybook.me online scheduling service.

Logmein works fine on the ipad. I use it during vacations. I use logmein from home all the time. It's secure and very responsive. But in a public venue, you have to make sure that if the ipad walks away, it will time out.
