Set Complete Option

When user accidentally click on Set Complete from the Appointment module, appointment get charged out to the ledger and it will cause wrong claim going to insurance. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Set Complete option is in between Break Appointment and Delete Appointment. So the chances of doing this in error is more than anything else. Any suggestion to avoid this error will be appreciated.
