My open dental has been slow so OD installed a script and found out some external program is running a query that takes about 10 seconds locking my server and computer for 10 seconds and it happens every 10 min and looking at it they think it is demandforce. Has anybody else seen this? Havent called demandforc but i assume they have to syn regularly.

Have you tried running OD from a different machine/server? Maybe it is the computer that is hosting OD.
I am using a competitor called Practice Communicator, and haven't noticed any impact on my OD.
