I've tried to install, but when I restart I get an error message:

Error loading pluggin:Anesthesia[VersionMajMin].dll
Table 'opendental_database.anesthmedsupplier' doesn't exist

Thanks

You can:

1) Back up your OpenDental Database.
2) Quit Open Dental
3) Stop the MySQL service
4) In your opendental MySQL folder (usually located at C:\mysql\opendental) , select the tables anesthmedsuppliers.FRM, anesthmedsuppliers.MYI, and anesthmedsuppliers.MYD. Copy and paste them into the same folder. Rename them anesthmedsupplier.FRM, anesthmedsupplier.MYI, and anesthmedsupplier.MYD
5) In your Open Dental Program folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenDental), replace the files TurboActivate.exe, TurboActivate.dll and TurboActive.dat with these:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/kqk3fh7k0z2iu ... e.exe?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/posf0e883tazp ... e.dll?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rk19odibs5zti ... e.dat?dl=0

6) Restart the MySQL service
7) Restart Open Dental
8) Create a program link to the Anesthesia.dll as described in the manual
9) Restart Open Dental again. If you've done everything correctly you should see an 'Anesthesia' menuItem at the top in Open Dental to the right of the 'Help' menuItem

You will need to PM me for a temporary license key as well

Hey Bill can you contact me? 8 I am interested in purchasing your software before the end of the year. Please contact me when you have the chance. For some reason I can't send you a private message.

Thanks.

Bill...

Have you ever considered offering a slimmed down version of your program to chart just nitrous cases? I have a Criticare BP unit and would be interested....

Hmmm. Not a bad idea. People have requested a 'lite' version for conscious sedation. Let me see what I can do

Bill,

Is the Zoll R series monitor compatible with your software?

Best,

My apologies. My monitor is actually Mindray Passport 12. Does it work?

Hmm.

Their spec sheet says that they export data in HL7 format. That'd be good news for us if it's compatible. Let me make some calls to MindRay. I'll let you know.

The Mindray monitors (Passport 8 and Passport 12) use a different HL7 model than we currently use. The monitors that certified with our software (Philips Suresigns VM4, VM6 and VM8), Infinium Omni Series, and ZOE Medical PPM3 all export data via their ethernet ports using an unsolicited push method (meaning the monitor pushes HL7 data onto the LAN at a specified interval). Monitors from EDAN (Mindray) use a solicited poll method which means we have to initiate a handshake with the monitor, send it a query for the HL7 data we want, then send a signal to keep the connection alive.

So it won't work out of the box. Those are popular monitors though, so I am working with their engineers on a solution. But no specific time frame at the moment.
