Small additions

for better mouse and tablet pc use, i am adding in the surface buttons to the proc edit window
also to help when editing things in the chart and account. I am saving the scroll position on double clicks to the grid, that way it will stay in the same position after edits. It still scrolls to the end all the rest of the time, unless you just double clicked on a row.
