Glitch

I am not really sure if it is a glitch but we came in to the office this morning and Open Dental on all computers is not letting us in. It is asking for us to choose a database. We have tried okaying or cancelling but it only closes down. We are about to open in 10 minutes... PLEASE HELP!

If you're at the Choose Database screen, verify that the name of the computer in "Server" is your server computer's name (or optionally its IP Address) and that the name of the database is your production database. You should then be able to click OK at the bottom and have it connect to the database for you. If you receive an error message (e.g., Unable to connect to MySQL host or an Unhandled Exception) it would be best to contact support and we can help you troubleshoot this.
