making new appointments set confirm to 'arrive

New thing we noticed: when I make a new appointment, it sets the confirmation as 'arrived'. Not sure what happened or how to get it back to unconfirmed (empty bubble).

Easy to fix, not related to version of Open Dental, not new. Just go to setup, definitions, Appt Confirmed and move the one you want to use as the default to the top using the Up and Down buttons. Someone edited that order, that is the only explanation.
You will need to pay even more attention to this if you are using the automated eConfirmations or eReminders eServices (
