Beta - eclaim sending error

I just upgraded to 17.2.2 and when I attempt to send my eclaims to claim connect it tells me I have a password authentication error and check in setup. After I checked and changed to password to make sure it was accurate it still does the same thing. Was working fine yesterday on 17.1.4. Could be since it is the July 4th holiday and they are not receiving any, but the website says I should be able to submit as normal. I can login to claim connect's website with my normal password just fine. Any thoughts or ideas on this?

It is most likely a bug with v17.2.2, we changed how we treat clearinghouse passwords. I'll look into this today and will keep you appraised with posts as I learn more.
If you are able to, it would be quite helpful if you could call in and provide us with the automatic backup of your database that Open Dental made right before it converted it from v17.1 to v17.2. Feel free to wait on this step if you prefer waiting for me to tap out first, this is just the nerd in me being proactive.
Even if you are not on support you can just tell them that you are helping me solve an issue and mention my name or this post.

I believe I see where the problem is. I don't need a copy of your database. Adding this to the bug tracker.

The bug "Clearinghouse passwords were not being cached correctly." is fixed and will be released with v17.2.3

I compiled the latest SVN updates and now I can send claims. Thanks!
