IS there a way to change the 'color' of all ready scheduled appointments from the old provider to the new one?
One hygenist left and another one is taking her place. How can we update those appointments to reflect this (new hygiene provider, and in the appointment module)

I've not tried it out before but it sounds like you want to use the "Update Provs on Future Appts Tool"
