Is there a query or audit field that can track patient status changes from active to others?

In other words, can we see how many and which patients may have been inactivated or archived within a given period?
No query seems to look for that, and changing patient status does not have a separate permission in audit trail.

We are not granular to that level to be able to see when a patient had their status changed. The best that you could do is write a query that returns inactive or archived patients and the last time they were modified. That would at least tell you the latest possible time they were inactivated.
