Is there a way to measure somehow on the images?
A mm overlay or 2mm overlay or something like that?
It would be nice to have an idea of how much longer my endo files need to go!

The measurement would be dependent on your sensor size and several other factors. Most xray imaging programs have measurement tools built in. I think you should look at your xray program to see if it has those features.
